- Mrs. Koon has over 40 years of experience in managerial role in insurance companies. She was ex-Jardine Matheson & Co Ltd., Lombard General Insurance Ltd and was later in charge of Personal Insurance of HSBC Insurance Ltd.
- Before joining KSY Speciality Ltd., Mrs. Koon was one of the founding members of Falcon Insurance Company (HK) Ltd. Her last position was Director and the Chief Operating Officer

- Mr. Cheung has over 30 years of experience in insurance industry. He serves majority in general insurance business.
- Before joining KSY Speciality Ltd in 2012., Mr. Cheung held key business development and management roles, including Business Development Manager at Falcon Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited, and Corporate & Commercial Insurance Manager at Chong Hing Insurance Company Limited.
- Mr. Cheung holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics and Computing and is a Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Senior Associate of Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZII Senior Associate CIP).
- She joined KSY in January 2015. She was last with FWD General Insurance Co. Ltd, (previously known as ING General Insurance Co Ltd), where she worked for nearly 20 years and her last position was Assistant Vice President managing all aspects of the company’s operations and strategies.
- Ms. Sze holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII).
- She joined KSY over 30 years and has been specializing in handling Jewellers' Block Insurance, Personal Jewellery Insurance and General Insurance. She worked in Asia Insurance Co., Ltd. for several years before joining KSY as an Insurance Broker.
- Ms. Cheng holds a Senior Associate in Australian and New Zealand Insurance Institute of Insurance and Finance ANZIIF (Snr. Assoc.)
