- He was the founder of KSY Speciality Limited in 1992. This company is renowned in the market as one of the few expertise specialized in jewelry and fine art.
- Mr. Ko is on the board of True Light Primary, Kindergarten, Middle School of Hong Kong & HK True Light College
- Mr. Ko is council member of St Paul’s Church and on the board of St Paul’s Church Kindergarten
- He is a past president of Rotary Club of HK North-West & a senator of Jaycees International

- She joined KSY in January 2015. She was last with FWD General Insurance Co. Ltd, (previously known as ING General Insurance Co Ltd), where she worked for nearly 20 years and her last position was Assistant Vice President managing all aspects of the company’s operations and strategies.
- Ms. Sze holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII).
